Biography
I am currently a Production Engineer at Facebook on PE Security team focusing on infrastructure and security services such as authentication and authorization.
I received the B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University in 2012 and the M.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. After graduation from PSU, I joined Intel Corporation in Vietnam as a Process & Equipment Engineer (2012-2013), where I also served as a Technical Supervisor (2013-2014) and a Data Analyst (2014-2015). During my stay at Penn, I was a Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Insup Lee, and a member of the PRECISE Center.
My research interests span a range of topics in scalability and security of Cyber-Physical Systems and IoT applications. In particular, I aim to provide a scalable, secure platform for collecting and analyzing data from IoT sensors/medical devices. My recent projects at Penn have been on developing an architecture to support closed-loop medical data monitoring and distributed secure platform as a service.
